Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was completed on November 9, 2023. The Licensing Inspector met with the Site Director and two office staff to complete the inspection. A walk-through was conducted of the facility.
The physical plant, 7 staff files, fire and health inspection, staff training, emergency plans and procedures were inspected. There were no enrolled children during the inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
