Inspector Notes

An announced, on-site code inspection was initiated and completed on 02/24/2026. The on-site inspection began at 10 am and ended at 11 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above in regard to an increase of capacity for (1) additional room for the on going preschool program, and (1) additional room attached to the gym for the extended day program. The inspector reviewed this modification request and all applicable documentation.

This inspection included: document review (Building Evaluation Form, Non-RUP issued by the County, the modification request, floor plan, and space calculations), tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
