Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and completed on 10/16/2024. The inspection started at 10:40am and concluded at 11:30am. There were 2 enrolled children and one resident child present and one caregiver; the point total was 10. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member records on-site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
