Based on staff interview, the family day home did not clean and sanitize the diapering surface.
Evidence:
1. The provider stated that she used disinfectant wipes.
2. There was no soap and water solution and a disinfectant solution available for the cleaning and sanitizing of the diapering surface.
Plan of Correction: I will get the supplies for the soap and water solution and the disinfectant solution. These will be used after every diaper change.

Based on observation, the first aid kit did not contain all items.
Evidence: The first aid kit was missing the following items: gauze, adhesive tape and antiseptic cleaner.
Plan of Correction: I will get the missing items.
