During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 10/2/24 from 10:20 am to 11:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 13. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 1 caregiver's record on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Latex gloves, balloons, and empty plastic bags large enough for a child's head to fit inside shall be inaccessible to children under five years of age.

An empty plastic bag was observed hanging on a door knob in the room that was being used by four children in care. The children were all under the age of 5 years.
Plan of Correction: The bag was removed during the inspection.
