Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/6/25 from 9:46 am to 10:25am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 12. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care.
An emergency evacuation drill was not practiced for February 2024.
Plan of Correction: I will remember to do monthly drills and document them on the log.
