Inspector Notes
Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 11:20am and 1:00pm. There were 3 classrooms observed with a total of 9 children with 4 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed transitioning inside from the playground, napping and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Center management stated that there is currently no medication kept on-site. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.
