Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was conducted today from 11:30am until 12:15pm to determine whether the applicant should be issued a conditional license to operate a family day home.

The home, child care area, sample files, and required policies and procedures were inspected. A review of 5 caregiver and household members were reviewed and 1 pet vaccination record was reviewed. No children were in care on the date of inspection.

There were no areas of noon-compliance during the initial inspection, and no violations were cited.
