Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:00-2:15 pm with the director. There were 13 children, ranging from three months to four years of age, present with three staff supervising. Infant care was observed, and older children were napping. Reviewed three child records and three staff records along with the written daily attendance and emergency drill log. It was reported that there were no medications on site, however, there are three staff with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT.)
