An unannounced investigation was initiated on 9/26/25 and completed on 9/26/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/23/25 relating to allegations of no annual fire inspection. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
