Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on April 3, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on April 1, 2025 relating to allegations of staffing and supervision special care provisions and emergencies. The inspector reviewed one child's records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
