An investigation was initiated from 9:15 am - 10:15 am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection to investigate a complaint received by the department regarding behavioral guidance and forbidden actions. Interviews were conducted, documentation, child records, and staff records were reviewed. The complaint regarding behavioral guidance and forbidden actions is determined to be not valid.
