During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on November 4, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. The inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Whenever the center has agreed to administer prescribed medications, the administration shall be performed by a staff member or independent contractor who has satisfactorily completed a training program for this purpose.
The center has agreed to administer medication, but there were no staff present that satisfactorily completed a medication authorization training.
Plan of Correction: We will have staff complete a MAT class and always have someone on site who is trained.

There shall always be at least one staff member on duty who has obtained within the last three years instruction in performing the daily health observation of children.
