Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on and completed on November 4, 2024. The inspection started at 10:00am and concluded at 11:15am. There were 25 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 5children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

All staff must have a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to ages of children in care.
Staff #1 does not have a current certification in CPR.
Plan of Correction: I believe I an current in CPR, but cannot locate the documentation. If I find it I will put it in my record, or I will be re-trained.
