Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/5/2025 and completed on 5/6/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 4/30/2025 relating to Special Care and Provisions and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed one child records and two staff records on-site on 5/5/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
