Inspector Notes

An inspection was conducted today between 9:45amand 11:00am. There were 4 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and emergencies. The children were observed interacting with staff, and napping. A total of 3 staff records and 4 child records were reviewed.

Based on observation, the center did not ensure all staff submitted to fingerprinting and has an eligible letter on file prior to first day of employment.

Evidence
Staff #1, (first day of employment 4/2/24), does not have a fingerprint eligible letter for on file.
Plan of Correction: Staff is still in training and had the fingerprinting completed, we are waiting on the letter. When the letter is received we will forward it to the inspector.
