Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was initiated on June 12, 2024 at approximately 10:00am and concluded on June 12, 2024 at approximately 11:00am. There were a total of 3 children (8 points) observed with 1 caregiver present. The children were engaged in the following: puzzles, playing with balls, napping, and preparing for snack. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
