A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted today between 10:00am and 11:00am. There were 4 children present with 1 provider/vendor supervising. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 4 children's records and 1 provider/vendor record was reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. There were no violations issued.
