Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:20 am to 12:55 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 19 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Out of state child abuse and neglect search must be requested by the end of the 30th day of employment with a follow up 45 days after requesting the search.
Out of state criminal history report is required prior to the first day of employment.

Staff A has been employed for over 80 days and the center has not submitted for an out of state child abuse and neglect search and there was no out of state criminal history check on file for California.
