Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was conducted today for the Horizon Child Development location in Centreville to determine compliance with Virginia Code and Licensing Standards prior to the issuance of a conditional license to operate a child day center.

Nine classrooms and two playgrounds were inspected. Materials and furnishings were safe and age appropriate. A review of policies, postings, and 7 staff and administration records were reviewed.
