During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.
Inspector Notes
An announced initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on March 13, 2024, beginning at 1:35 p.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m. with the provider. There were no children in care during the inspection and the provider reports that there are currently no children enrolled. The provider?s record was reviewed and was in compliance. Two household member?s record was reviewed and in compliance. Not all the areas of the subsidy health and safety requirements were able to be assessed during this initial inspection.
