A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on November 20, 2024 and completed on November 26, 2024. The inspection started at 1:20 pm and concluded at 2:00 pm. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 9. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 3 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on November 19, 2024.
