Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 4/18/25 and completed on 4/23/24 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 12/27/24 relating to allegations of Staffing and Supervision and Programs. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on-site and 5 staff records electronically on 4/23/25. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
