An unannounced inspection was initiated on 08/19/2024 and completed on 08/22/2024, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 08/15/2024 relating to allegations of the center's administration and preventing the spread of disease. Additional documentation was reviewed virtually on 08/22/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
