Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/10/2024 and completed on 11/12/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/02/2024 relating to allegations of the supervision of children and injury reporting. The inspector reviewed one child's record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
