During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 05/29/2025 and completed on 06/26/2025 and in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on relating to allegations of programing. This inspection included observations and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2Children's and staff?s hands shall be washed with soap and running water after toileting and any contact with blood, feces, or urine.
The toddlers and staff were not able to wash their hands after each diaper changed due to the sink basin being full of soiled diapers.
Disposable diapers shall be disposed of in a leakproof or plastic-lined storage system that is either foot-operated or used in such a way that neither the staff member's hand nor the soiled diaper touches an exterior surface of the storage system during disposal.
There were at least five soiled diapers in the sink basin next to the diaper changing pad.
