Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 09/04/2024 from 4:05 PM to 4:50 PM. The complaint was received on 08/24/2024 regarding staffing and supervision. Six staff members were interviewed and five classrooms where observed.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint dispositions was, therefore, ?not valid?. One non-complaint violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 09/17/2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Based on observation, the center failed to comply with all safe sleep guidelines as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Evidence:
1. In the infant room, one infant was observed sleeping in a swing and one infant was observed sleeping in a rocker chair and covered with a blanket.
