Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on March 13, 2025 and completed on March 19, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:53pm on March 13, 2025 and ended at 11:27am on March 19, 2025. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 19 children present with 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 4/21/25. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
Violations
21. An outdoor tricycle had peeling paint on the handles.
2. A broken basketball hoop and castle shaped climbing structure
3. Cracked legs on the small plastic climbing slide.
4. The rubber border around the playground is loose and protruding creating a tripping hazard.
5. The bus shaped climbing structure has peeling paint and exposed rust.
6. The white playhouse has peeling paint and exposed rusted nails on the roof.
