Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted today from approximately 9:30am-10:45am. There were 2 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children?s records, and 1 caregiver's record were reviewed. The children were observed playing and engaged with the caregiver. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
