Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted today between 9:00 am and 10:00 am determine compliance with standards and code for a family day home applicant.

The living and child care areas of the home, 4 household member records, 3 caregiver records, 1 business agent record, emergency plans, supplies, and menus were inspected.

Ten children were in care under the current family day home license that is currently active to a resident of the address.
