Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-800-540-A
Infant seats shall be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. An infant was observed sleeping while in a bouncy seat that was placed inside a crib. The seat is designed for use on a hard surface and not on soft surfaces.
Plan of Correction: Baby has trouble falling asleep in cribs and
we transfer her from the seat when she
finally does so. Seat was temporarily in
crib to keep her protected from older kids
playing while teachers were busy during
inspection. Won't do it again.
