An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 1/22/2025 and completed on 1/22/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:40AM and ended at 10:15AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and staff records. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
