Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Hazardous lighter fluid, raid insect spray, and fuel for potluck tins were stored in an unlocked cabinet in the kitchenette area. 116 month old children were observed playing in the unlocked cabinet.
Hazardous disinfectant awesome cleaner with bleach and family guard disinfectant cleaner were unlocked and accessible to the children in the pre-school area.

In the infant/toddlers classroom, the Licensing Inspector observed a toddler playing with a PVC plastic bag. The child had the bag in their mouth. Staff #1 and Staff #2 were both in the room. The Licensing Inspector alerted the staff that the child was playing with a plastic bag.
