An unannounced modification inspection was conducted on 6/4/24 from 9:40am to 10:55am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection and a subsidy inspection. The inspection was a result of a modification request by the program to begin caring for children from birth through 12-years. The provider has purchased the necessary supplies to care for the age and a recommendation will be made to approve the request.
