Inspector Notes
An unannounced, focused monitoring inspection during he 6 month conditional licensure period was conducted on 5/1/2024 from 11:20am- 1:15pm. At the time of entrance, 29 children were in care with 5 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 7 staff records. Children were observed engaged in free play and teacher guided activities and eating lunch which consisted of fish sticks, corn, apple sauce, wheat bread and milk. Food service, to include hand washing and table sanitizing, was observed. Medication administration was not observed and the program director stated that no medication is being administered. There are no enrolled children who have food allergies or sensitivities and children are not transported in a vehicle.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
