During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/4/2024.
The Department issued a Notice of Intent to require the licensee to contact parents, guardians, or other responsible persons (family) on 10/11/2024 as a result of high-risk violations.
The on-site inspection began at 11:08 am and ended at 11:54 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 35 children present and 6 staff. Staff and Children's records were not reviewed as part of this focused inspection. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
