During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/7/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:35 am and ended at 1:35 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 31children present and 7staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 new staff records on-site on 2/7/2025. Five previously reviewed staff records were reviewed for any necessary updates. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements
