Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted on 10/08/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/25/2025 relating to allegations in the areas of preventing the spread of disease and nutrition and food services. This inspection included document review, a partial tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
