An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on July 10, 2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 24, 2025, relating to allegations of staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
