Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on March 23, 2026, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 9, 2026, relating to allegations of supervision and care and protection. The on-site inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 11:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 1 staff record on-site. There were 101children present and 23 staff. This inspection included interviews, observations, a tour of the facility, and document review.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
