An unannounced inspection was conducted on 3/03/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2/23/2026 relating to an allegation of inadequate supervision. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
