Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on January 22, 2024 from 10:40 A.M.-12:30 P.M. There were no children in care. The providers home, and all areas to be used for child care were toured and inspected. Items reviewed during the inspection included required posted information, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, infant equipment, emergency preparedness, nutrition, and diapering requirements. One caregiver record and one household member/Assistant records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

A recommendation will be made for a six month conditional license for a capacity of 12 serving children birth-12 years of age.
