An announced initial inspection was conducted on March 22 2024 between 10:30am and 12:00pm. There are currently no children enrolled. The provider record, assistant record, household records, emergency plan, documents to be used in the child care, and the home was inspected and reviewed. 3Evidence: The gate used to enter the family day home space had areas of splintering wood.
Evidence: The first aid supply box did not contain tweezers.
Evidence: A thermometer was not available to monitor the temperature.
