Each person in a supervisory position has been certified by a practicing physician or physician assistant to be free from any disability which would prevent him from caring for children under his supervision.
1. Staff #1, had been supervising children for over 15 months, before obtaining documentation from a physician stating they were free from any disability that would prevent them from caring for children.
2. Staff #3, who has been supervising children for over seven months, does not have documentation from a physician stating they were free from any disability that would prevent them from caring for children.
