Inspector Notes

An announced mandated initial inspection was conducted on April 11, 2024 from 1:00pm-2:15pm. There were no children in care. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total 1 staff record and 1 household member records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
