Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 7/23/24 from 9am to 9:30am.The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 4. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 staff record. This inspection included:
? document review (attendance, emergency drill logs, authorization forms),
? tour of the family day home,
? observation of morning snack, arrival to family day home and free play.
