Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/10/25 from 10:20 am to 10:50 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 9. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 caregiver's records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The results of a fingerprint based criminal record check must be obtained prior to employment for a new employee.
Caregiver # 1's fingerprint results were obtained three days after the first day of employment.
Plan of Correction: Fingerprint results will be obtained before any new caregiver begins employment.
