Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted n 7/3/25 from 10:45am to 11:20am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 17. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, 2 caregiver's and 1 household member's record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Latex balloons shall be inaccessible to children under five years of age.
The children present during this inspection were all under the age of five years. The children were observed playing with three blown up latex balloons.
Plan of Correction: The balloons were removed during the inspection. Children will have no access to latex balloons.
