An unannounced inspection was initiated on 1/02/2026 and completed on 1/06/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 12/31/2025 relating to behavioral guidance. This inspection included interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
