Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 1/21/26. The on-site inspection began at 1:00pm and ended at 2:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 33 children present with six staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and three staff records on-site and electronically on 1/21/26. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
